Do the plans come with customer support?
Yes, all plans include access to support via email and chat.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your 14 day free trial starts when you sign in for the first time. No credit card needed unless you want to continue after the trial.
Can I change plans later?
There’s currently only one plan right now. As Quivva grows, the price may increase. However, all pricing is grandfathered in forever. Price increases will only apply to new subscribers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. What you see is what you pay. This includes unlimited clients, projects, retainers, etc.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You can export it at any time, and you can delete it at any time. You can continue to access it through Quivva, though you will not be able to add new data. You can privacy delete all of your data using the delete feature in the danger zone of the settings page.
