Mark as paid
Record the payment with a paid date. For foreign currency, log the local amount received for tax reports.

Can I edit an invoice after sending it?
Yes — revert it to Draft, make corrections, and resend. The invoice reference number is preserved.
What does the invoice PDF include?
Your company name and logo, client details, line items with hours and amounts, totals, tax, bank details for payment, and any notes.
How does multi-currency work?
Invoices are issued in your client's currency. If you're paid in a different currency, record the local amount received at payment time — used for GST and tax reporting.
Can I move to the next retainer period before the invoice is paid?
Yes. Quivva auto-advances to the next billing period once the current invoice is sent.
